e- Hospital is an online registration services framework portal. People can avail online services such as registration and appointment, pay fees, view diagnostics reports and check for the availability of blood in government hospitals in this portal.

ई-अस्पताल एक ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण सेवा framework पोर्टल है। लोग इस पोर्टल में पंजीकरण और नियुक्ति, शुल्क का भुगतान, निदान रिपोर्ट देखने और सरकारी अस्पतालों में रक्त की उपलब्धता की जांच जैसी ऑनलाइन सेवाओं का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

How does e-hospital work?

 e - Hospital works on Online Registration System (ORS). ORS is an online portal where people having Aadhaar can enroll for appointments in hospitals spread across various states and union territories in India. Online Registration System is being implemented in hospitals where the counter based outpatient department registration and appointment based system through Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) has been digitized.

ई-अस्पताल ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण प्रणाली (ओआरएस) पर काम करता है। ओआरएस एक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल है जहां आधार रखने वाले लोग भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में फैले अस्पतालों में नियुक्तियों के लिए नामांकन कर सकते हैं। अस्पतालों में ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण प्रणाली लागू की जा रही है जहां अस्पताल प्रबंधन सूचना प्रणाली (एचएमआईएस) के माध्यम से काउंटर आधारित आउट पेशेंट विभाग पंजीकरण और नियुक्ति आधारित प्रणाली को डिजिटल किया गया है।

How to Book an Appointment using e-hospital Portal?

·         The portal helps in booking appointments through online mode in different hospitals across various departments. One can book an appointment

·         By using e-know your customer (eKYC) data of Aadhaar number, if the patient's mobile number is registered with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

·         If the mobile number of the patient is not registered with UIDAI, the portal uses patient's name.

·         Any new patient who is enrolling for the first time in the portal will get a Unique Health Identification (UHID) number.

·         In case if the Aadhaar number is already linked with UHID number, then a new appointment number will be generated, and the UHID number will remain the same.

पोर्टल विभिन्न विभागों के विभिन्न अस्पतालों में ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से अपॉइंटमेंट बुक करने में मदद करता है। कोई अपॉइंटमेंट बुक कर सकता है

·         आधार नंबर ईकेवाईसी डेटा का उपयोग करके, यदि रोगी का मोबाइल नंबर भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (यूआईडीएआई) के साथ पंजीकृत है।

·         यदि रोगी का मोबाइल नंबर यूआईडीएआई में पंजीकृत नहीं है, तो पोर्टल रोगी के नाम का उपयोग करता है।

·         पोर्टल में पहली बार नामांकन करने वाले किसी भी नए मरीज को एक विशिष्ट स्वास्थ्य पहचान (यूएचआईडी) नंबर मिलेगा।

·         यदि आधार नंबर पहले से ही यूएचआईडी नंबर से जुड़ा हुआ है, तो एक नया अपॉइंटमेंट नंबर जेनरेट होगा और यूएचआईडी नंबर वही रहेगा।

Steps for Securing Appointment Online

1. Verify yourself using Mobile Number.

2. Choose Hospital / Department.

3. Select the date of appointment.

 4. Verify yourself using Aadhaar Number.

5. Get confirmation through SMS.

1. मोबाइल नंबर का उपयोग करके स्वयं को सत्यापित करें।

2. अस्पताल / विभाग चुनें।

3. नियुक्ति की तिथि का चयन करें।

 4. आधार नंबर का उपयोग करके स्वयं को सत्यापित करें।

5. एसएमएस के माध्यम से पुष्टि प्राप्त करें।

 

Appointment Process for a New Patient

·         One has to visit the portal http://ors.gov.in/copp/appointment.jsp.

·         If Aadhaar number of the patient and mobile number is registered with UIDAI, then One Time Pin or OTP will be sent by UIDAI through SMS.

·         The Aadhaar card holder has to give the required consent to share his/her KYC data as stored within the UIDAI with the hospital to take OPD appointment.

·         If the patient's mobile number is not registered with UIDAI, then the patient's name as per the Aadhaar card has to be given, and after the demographic authentication is done with UIDAI, the patient will be requested to share personal details like mobile number, age, address, etc

·         If the user does not have Aadhaar number, then he/she can book for an appointment through the e-hospital portal, but they have to collect the OPD card from the concerned hospital after providing identity card of the patient.  

·         The user can select the date of appointment and the department from the available list of government hospital where the patient needs to visit for check-up

·         He will receive a confirmation through SMS in the registered mobile number providing the details of the OPD appointment.

 

·         पोर्टल http://ors.gov.in/copp/appointment.jsp पर जाना होगा।

·         अगर मरीज का आधार नंबर और मोबाइल नंबर यूआईडीएआई में रजिस्टर्ड है तो यूआईडीएआई द्वारा एसएमएस के जरिए वन टाइम पिन या ओटीपी भेजा जाएगा।

·         आधार कार्ड धारक को ओपीडी अपॉइंटमेंट लेने के लिए अस्पताल के साथ यूआईडीएआई में संग्रहीत अपने केवाईसी डेटा को साझा करने के लिए आवश्यक सहमति देनी होगी।

·         यदि रोगी का मोबाइल नंबर UIDAI के साथ पंजीकृत नहीं है, तो आधार कार्ड के अनुसार रोगी का नाम देना होगा, और UIDAI के साथ जनसांख्यिकीय प्रमाणीकरण होने के बाद, रोगी से व्यक्तिगत विवरण जैसे मोबाइल नंबर, आयु, साझा करने का अनुरोध किया जाएगा। पता, आदि

·         यदि उपयोगकर्ता के पास आधार संख्या नहीं है, तो वह ई-अस्पताल पोर्टल के माध्यम से अपॉइंटमेंट के लिए बुकिंग कर सकता है, लेकिन उन्हें रोगी का पहचान पत्र प्रदान करने के बाद संबंधित अस्पताल से ओपीडी कार्ड लेना होगा।

·         उपयोगकर्ता सरकारी अस्पताल की उपलब्ध सूची से नियुक्ति की तारीख और विभाग का चयन कर सकता है जहां रोगी को चेक-अप के लिए जाना है

·         उसे पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर एसएमएस के माध्यम से एक पुष्टिकरण प्राप्त होगा जिसमें ओपीडी नियुक्ति का विवरण दिया जाएगा।
