Email Address

Each user has a different email address, this address is the identity of that user, each ISP provides the facility of email, so it provides email address to each user.

This email address consists of two parts:-

User Name: - In this, the user can give the name according to him.

Host name: - This part is the domain name, this part is connected to the ISP server, both parts are divided by @, there cannot be two email addresses of the same name.

Example:- stechenquiry@gmail.com

प्रत्येक यूजर का अलग ईमेल एड्रेस होता है, यही पता उस यूजर की पहचान होती है, प्रत्येक ISP ईमेल  की सुविधा प्रदान करता है इसलिए यह प्रत्येक यूजर को ईमेल एड्रेस प्रदान करती है|

इस ईमेल एड्रेस में दो हिस्से होते है :-

User Name:- इसमें यूजर अपने अनुसार नाम दे सकता है |

Host name:- यह हिस्सा डोमेन नेम होता है, यह हिस्सा जिस ISP सर्वर से जुड़ा रहता है, दोनों हिस्से @ से विभाजित किये जाते है, एक ही नाम के दो ईमेल एड्रेस नहीं हो सकते है |

Header

This is the top of the email.

It consists of the following parts:-

Sender :- In this comes the address of the sender of the email.

To :- It contains the address of the recipient of the email.

CC: - This field is used to send the copy of the email to another person.

BCC (Blind Carbon Copy):- The people whose email addresses will be entered in this field will not be aware of the names and email addresses of those people to whom this email has been sent.

Subject:- This field contains the subject of the email.

यह ईमेल का ऊपरी हिस्सा होता है l 

इसमें निम्न भाग होते है :-

Sender :- इसमें ईमेल भेजने वाले का एड्रेस आता है |

To :- इसमें ईमेल प्राप्त करने वाले का एड्रेस रहता है |

CC :- इस फील्ड का उपयोग ईमेल की कॉपी को किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति को भेजने के लिए किया जाता है|

BCC (Blind Carbon Copy):- इस फील्ड में जिन लोगो के ईमेल एड्रेस डाले जायेंगे उन्हें उन लोगो के नाम और ईमेल एड्रेस की जानकारी नहीं होगी जिन बाकि लोगो को यह ईमेल भेजा गया है |

Subject:-इस फील्ड में ईमेल का सब्जेक्ट होता है |

 

Message Body

Here the message is typed.

यहाँ पर मेसेज को टाइप किया जाता है |

Signature

This field contains the information of the sender of the email.

इस फील्ड में ईमेल भेजने वाले की जानकारी होती है |

Attachment

Emails store additional information in the form of files, which are called attachments. Text, picture, video, etc. can be stored in the attachment file.

ईमेल फाइल के रूप में अतिरिक्त सूचना स्टोर करते है, जिसे अटैचमेंट कहते है | अटैचमेंट फाइल में टेक्स्ट,पिक्चर वीडियो आदि संग्रहित किया जा सकता है |
