What is WWW

It is abbreviation of "World Wide Web" which is also called "Web" or "W3". It is an information space where all the documents and web pages related to the website are identified by URL (Uniform Resource Locator). Here all the documents are connected through hypertext links which are accessed through internet.

WWW का फुल फॉर्म “World Wide Web” होता है जिसे “Web” या “W3” भी कहा जाता है| यह एक Information space होता है जहाँ पर website से related सारे documents और web pages को URL (Uniform Resource Locator) के द्वारा Identify किया जाता है| यहाँ पर सभी documents Hypertext links के द्वारा जुड़े होते हैं जिसे इन्टरनेट के माध्यम से access किया जाता है|

Web Site

A Web site is a related collection of World Wide Web (WWW) files that includes a beginning file called a home page.

एक वेब साइट वर्ल्ड वाइड वेब (WWW) फाइलों का एक संबंधित संग्रह है जिसमें एक प्रारंभिक फ़ाइल शामिल होती है जिसे होम पेज कहा जाता है।

A web portal is a specially designed website that often serves as the single point of access for information.

एक वेब पोर्टल एक विशेष रूप से डिज़ाइन की गई वेबसाइट है जो अक्सर सूचना के लिए एकल पहुंच बिंदु के रूप में कार्य करती है। जिसमे बहुत सारे वेबसाइट का समूह होता है l

Web Page

A single page of any website is called a web page.

किसी भी Website के एक Single Page को Web Page कहते हैं।

Home Page

The first page of any website is called homepage.

किसी भी Website के पहले Page को Homepage कहते हैं l

URL

A URL is a type of uniform resource identifier and is address of a resource on the World Wide Web and the protocol used to access it. It is used to indicate the location of a web resource to access the web pages.

URL एक प्रकार का यूनिफ़ॉर्म रिसोर्स आइडेंटिफ़ायर है और वर्ल्ड वाइड वेब पर एक संसाधन का पता और उस तक पहुँचने के लिए उपयोग किया जाने वाला प्रोटोकॉल है। इसका उपयोग वेब पेजों तक पहुँचने के लिए वेब संसाधन के स्थान को इंगित करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Client

A client is a computer that connects to and uses the resources of a remote computer, or server.

क्लाइंट एक ऐसा कंप्यूटर है जो किसी दूरस्थ कंप्यूटर या सर्वर के संसाधनों से जुड़ता है और उनका उपयोग करता है।

Server

सर्वर एक सॉफ्टवेयर या हार्डवेयर डिवाइस है जो नेटवर्क पर किए गए अनुरोधों को स्वीकार करता है और उनका जवाब देता है। वह उपकरण जो अनुरोध करता है, और सर्वर से प्रतिक्रिया प्राप्त करता है, क्लाइंट कहलाता है। इंटरनेट पर, शब्द "सर्वर" आमतौर पर उस कंप्यूटर सिस्टम को संदर्भित करता है जो वेब फ़ाइलों के लिए अनुरोध प्राप्त करता है और उन फ़ाइलों को क्लाइंट को भेजता है।

A server is a software or hardware device that accepts and responds to requests made over a network. The device that makes the request, and receives a response from the server, is called a client. On the Internet, the term "server" commonly refers to the computer system that receives requests for a web files and sends those files to the client.

Web Server

A web server is a type of computer program on which all web pages are already uploaded. Also, whenever a user searches anything on the web, the web server reaches the user by searching the searched data in its database; this is what we call a web server. The web server is divided into two parts, first the machine on which the web server is installed, and second the software which acts like the web server. A computer that sends a web page is called a web server.

Web Server एक तरह का कंप्यूटर प्रोग्राम होता है, जिस पर सभी Web page पहले से upload होता है। साथ ही, जब भी कोई User वेब पर कुछ भी खोजता है, तो वेब सर्वर अपने database में खोजे गए Data को खोजकर user तक पहुंचता है, इसे ही हम Web Server कहते हैं। वेब सर्वर को दो भागों में विभाजित किया गया है, पहली मशीन जिस पर वेब सर्वर स्थापित होता है, और दूसरा सॉफ्टवेयर जो वेब सर्वर की तरह कार्य करता है। एक computer जो web page को भेजता है, वह Web Server कहलाता है।

Downloading is essentially copying data – music, text, images or other information – from a source on the internet and saving it to your computer.

Upload

Meaning of uploading is that we send data from our computer to the Internet.
